und Leben; Wagner’s Fünf Gegichte von Mathilde Wesendonk; Pergolesi’s
Stabat Mater; Verdi’s Requiem; Beethoven’s 9th
Symphony; and Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle and numerous Mozart’s
compositions. Operatic roles
include: Pergolesi’s Il Maestro di Musica (Lauretta) and La Contadina
Astuta (Scintilla); Cimarosa’s Il Matrimonio Segreto (Fidalma);

Riccardo Muti at the Teatro Real in Madrid and a lyric concert in Zurich.

Student of Mirella Freni Giuseppe Talamo (Tenor) is emerging as an
interpreter of operas by Verdi and Puccini. Particularly appreciated his Rodolfo
in La Bohème at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, in the theater circuit in
Lombardy, on a tour in Spain and at the Opera Festival in Florence. He has also
performed in concert at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa with the Strings
ensemble of Teatro alla Scala, at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, at Teatro
Filarmonico in Verona and at the Fenice in Venice. He has recorded Panis
Angelicus for Universal Films a documentary about the life of Pope John Paul II.
His discography includes a live recording of a five tenors’ Tribute Concert for
Tito Schipa at the Celestini Palace in Lecce (Bongiovanni). He made his debut as
Benjamin Franklin in Madama Butterfly in Treviso and Rovigo.
Future plans include La Bohème (Rodolfo) at the Teatro Verdi in
Trieste.
